QWF well wagon

Built as QB 13 it was coded to QWF in 1961. Well wagons were used for special, very heavy loads. In Victoria, the building of power generation facilities at Yallourn and the Snowy River scheme required many such loads which this wagon would have carried. QWF 1 could carry a 60 ton load, much more than normal flat wagons.
